Shipping 

We ship domestically throughout all of Canada, P.O. Boxes included. 

Standard shipping is free for orders $35 and over. For orders under $35, there's a flat rate shipping charge of $12.50 applied at checkout. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days following the date they were placed. Most orders will reach you within 5-7 business days; however, some may take a little longer especially if it's a busy time of year like the holiday season. Overall, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a link to the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Returns

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please let us know. We'll work to find the best solution.

Did you give a new tea a try and discover it's not for you? Please reach out to our team and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Instore Purchases

We're unable to provide refunds or exchanges for Tetley products purchased through one of our vendors or retail partners.

If you have a question pertaining to a product purchased outside of our website, please contact us.

Editing Orders

Once your order is placed, we're unable to edit it and cannot add or remove product. Please ensure before completing your purchase that everything is correct. 

Subscribe & Save orders can be edited at any time. Simply log into your account and edit your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription at any time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you've entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist; however, please note that orders ship quickly. 

For incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout, a reshipment fee of $10 will be charged to ship the order a second time.
